Vance Joy is an Australian singer-songwriter from Melbourne. He rose to prominence with the 2013 single "Riptide," which became a global hit and earned multi-platinum status. His debut album Dream Your Life Away (2014) and follow-up Nation of Two (2018) established him in the indie-folk and pop space. Joy is known for his warm vocals, acoustic-driven songwriting, and introspective lyrics. He has toured extensively and collaborated with artists such as Julia Michaels. His third album In Our Own Sweet Time was released in 2022.
