Bio

The Aggrovators were a prolific Jamaican dub and reggae session band active primarily during the 1970s. Formed around producer Bunny Lee, the group served as the house band for his studio recordings and backed many of the era’s leading vocalists. Their work is characterized by heavy basslines, spacious mixes, and the signature "flying cymbals" drumming style that helped define the roots-reggae sound.
