The Prague Chamber Orchestra is a Czech ensemble founded in 1951 in Prague. It performs without a conductor, emphasizing chamber-music precision and flexibility. The group specializes in Baroque, Classical, and early-Romantic repertoire, often collaborating with soloists and recording for Supraphon and other labels. Notable projects include complete sets of Mozart symphonies and concertos, as well as tours across Europe and North America.
