Bio
Lil Jon & The East Side Boyz formed in Atlanta in 1996 and became one of the leading acts in the crunk movement. The group, fronted by Lil Jon with Big Sam and Lil Bo, released a string of high-energy singles and albums that helped popularize the sub-genre throughout the early 2000s. Their 2003 album "Kings of Crunk" and the hit single "Get Low" brought them mainstream success. The group disbanded in 2005.
