Reine Gianoli

Reine Gianoli was a French classical pianist born in 1915 in Aix-les-Bains. She studied at the Paris Conservatory and became known for her refined interpretations of Mozart, Schubert, and Schumann. Gianoli performed extensively across Europe and recorded for labels including Erato and Valois. Her discography includes notable solo recitals and chamber collaborations. She taught at the École Normale de Musique de Paris and influenced a generation of French pianists. Gianoli died in Paris in 1979.
