Novalima is a Peruvian production collective formed in 2001 that fuses traditional Afro-Peruvian rhythms with contemporary electronic and alternative sounds. The group draws on the rich musical heritage of coastal Peru, incorporating elements of cumbia, landó, and festejo into their productions. Their music has been featured in international compilations and has helped bring Afro-Peruvian traditions to global audiences through a modern lens.
