Maddie & Tae are an American country music duo formed in 2014 by vocalists Maddie Marlow and Tae Dye. The pair met while attending Belmont University in Nashville and quickly gained attention with their debut single "Girl in a Country Song," which topped the Billboard Country Airplay chart. Their music is known for its sharp songwriting and modern take on traditional country themes.
