Sebastian Hämer is a German pop singer born on 17 March 1979 in Prerow, Germany. He first gained national attention in 2006 as a contestant on the fifth season of the reality talent show Deutschland sucht den Superstar, where he finished in fourth place. Following the show, Hämer released his debut single "So wie du warst" and the album "Auf den zweiten Blick," both of which entered the German charts. His music is characterized by straightforward pop arrangements and German-language lyrics.
