Joe Walsh is an American guitarist, singer, and songwriter born in Wichita, Kansas, in 1947. He first gained prominence as the frontman of the James Gang before joining the Eagles in 1975, contributing to their classic albums Hotel California and The Long Run. Known for his distinctive slide-guitar style and humorous stage presence, Walsh has also maintained a successful solo career highlighted by the hit "Life's Been Good." His work spans classic rock and southern rock, and he remains active as a performer and recording artist.
