The D.O.C. is a rapper from Dallas, Texas. He released his debut album No One Can Do It Better in 1989. The project featured production by Dr. Dre and reached number one on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. A car accident later that year damaged his vocal cords and limited his ability to record new music.
