Ronnie Dunn is an American country music singer-songwriter and record producer, best known as one half of the duo Brooks & Dunn. Born in Coleman, Texas, he began his career performing in local clubs before gaining national attention through a talent contest that led to a recording contract. With Brooks & Dunn, Dunn co-wrote and sang many of the duo’s chart-topping hits, establishing himself as a prominent voice in 1990s country music. After the duo’s initial split in 2011, Dunn launched a solo career, releasing albums that showcased his distinctive baritone and traditional country style. He has continued to perform and record, maintaining a presence in both the country music scene and on his official website.
