Bio
La Oreja de Van Gogh is a Spanish pop band formed in San Sebastián in 1996. The group rose to prominence in the early 2000s with melodic, piano-driven songs and became one of the best-selling acts in Spanish-language pop. Their debut album, "Dile al sol" (1998), and follow-up "El viaje de Copperpot" (2000) established their signature sound and earned multiple platinum certifications in Spain and Latin America. After the departure of original vocalist Amaia Montero in 2007, the band continued with Leire Martínez and maintained international success across Latin pop markets.
