Bio
Lady A is an American country music trio originally formed in 2006 as Lady Antebellum. The group consists of Hillary Scott, Charles Kelley, and Dave Haywood, who met in Nashville and began performing together. They gained widespread recognition with their debut single "I Run to You" and went on to release multiple chart-topping albums blending country and pop elements. In 2020, the band changed their name to Lady A to distance themselves from the historical connotations of the word "antebellum."
