Eagle-Eye Cherry

Eagle-Eye Cherry is a Swedish singer-songwriter born in Stockholm in 1968. He is the son of jazz trumpeter Don Cherry and the half-brother of singer Neneh Cherry. After spending part of his childhood in New York City, he returned to Sweden in the early 1990s and began performing in local clubs. Cherry gained international recognition with his 1997 debut album "Desireless," which featured the worldwide hit single "Save Tonight." The track reached the top ten in numerous countries and helped establish his reputation for blending rock, pop, and subtle reggae influences. Subsequent releases such as "Living in the Present Future" (2000) and "Sub Rosa" (2003) continued to explore introspective themes while maintaining his signature melodic style.
