Bio
John Truelove is a British producer and label owner best known for his 1991 dance single “You Got the Love,” which paired a house beat with Candi Staton’s vocal from the 1986 charity single of the same name. Released under the project name The Source, the track became a UK club staple and reached the national charts after several reissues. Truelove has also run the Truelove label and worked on other dance and electronic releases throughout the 1990s and 2000s.
