Bio
Radiohead are an English rock band formed in Abingdon, Oxfordshire in 1985. The group consists of Thom Yorke, Jonny Greenwood, Colin Greenwood, Ed O'Brien and Philip Selway. They rose to prominence with their 1992 debut Pablo Honey and its single "Creep", but achieved global acclaim with OK Computer (1997) and Kid A (2000), the latter marking a radical electronic reinvention. Their sound spans alternative rock, art rock, electronic and experimental music, often exploring themes of alienation and technology. The band has released nine studio albums, collaborated with producer Nigel Godrich, and maintained an independent approach after leaving major-label structures. They are widely regarded as one of the most influential acts of their generation.
