Bootie Brown is an American rapper best known as a founding member of the influential hip-hop collective The Pharcyde. Born Romye Robinson in Los Angeles, he gained recognition in the early 1990s for his distinctive flow and lyrical style on the group’s classic albums Bizarre Ride II the Pharcyde and Labcabincalifornia. His contributions helped define the alternative hip-hop sound of the West Coast during that era.
