Bio

Masicka is a Jamaican dancehall and reggae artist from St. Mary, Jamaica. He rose to prominence in the mid-2010s with a string of singles and mixtapes that showcased his rapid-fire delivery and street-focused lyricism. His breakthrough came with tracks like “10 Outta 10” and the 2018 album “Kotch,” which helped establish him as one of the leading voices in contemporary Jamaican dancehall. Masicka has collaborated with producers such as Dunw3ll and artists including Alkaline and Vybz Kartel, and he continues to release music through his independent imprint, Def Jam/Universal-affiliated projects, and his own Masicka Music brand.
