Bio
Kiasmos is an electronic music duo formed in Reykjavík, Iceland, in 2009. The project pairs pianist Ólafur Arnalds with multi-instrumentalist Janus Rasmussen, blending acoustic piano with minimal techno and ambient textures. Their self-titled debut album appeared in 2014 on Erased Tapes, followed by the 2017 EP "Blurred" and the 2020 album "II." The pair’s restrained, melodic style has earned them a following in both the classical and electronic scenes.
