Bio
Ebi (born Ebrahim Hamedi, June 19, 1949) is an Iranian pop singer who rose to prominence in the 1970s with a string of hits in Iran. After the 1979 Iranian Revolution he relocated to the United States, where he has continued to record and perform for the global Persian-speaking audience. His work spans romantic ballads and upbeat dance tracks, and he remains one of the best-known voices in modern Persian pop music.
