Bicep is an electronic music duo formed in London in 2009 by Belfast natives Andy Ferguson and Matthew McBriar. They began as DJs and collectors of vinyl before transitioning into production, releasing early EPs on labels such as Aus Music and Will Saul’s Simple Records. Their sound blends house, techno, and ambient influences, often incorporating samples from obscure records. The 2017 album "Bicep" and its single "Glue" brought them wider recognition, followed by the 2021 release "Isles," which further established their reputation for emotive, club-focused electronic music.
