Rayo & Toby is a Colombian reggaeton duo from Cartagena formed by Rayo and Toby. They emerged in the late 2000s Colombian urban scene and gained regional attention with party-oriented reggaeton tracks. Their 2012 single “Sensación del Bloque” featuring Ñengo Flow became a major hit across Latin America. The duo is known for upbeat, dance-floor reggaeton and dembow rhythms aimed at Caribbean and Latin club audiences. They have released multiple singles and EPs on independent Colombian labels and maintain an active presence through their official website and social channels.
