Diamond Platnumz (born Naseeb Abdul Juma Issack) is a Tanzanian singer, songwriter, and entrepreneur who rose to prominence in the East African music scene in the early 2010s. He is widely recognized as one of the leading figures in bongo flava and has helped popularize the genre across Africa and internationally. He is the founder of WCB Wasafi, a record label and media company that has become a major force in Tanzanian entertainment. Diamond Platnumz is known for his collaborations with both African and global artists, blending traditional Tanzanian sounds with contemporary afrobeats and amapiano influences.
