Geoffrey Royce Rojas, known professionally as Prince Royce, is a Dominican-American singer and songwriter from The Bronx, New York. He rose to prominence in 2010 with his bachata cover of "Stand by Me," which topped the Billboard Tropical Songs chart. Royce blends traditional bachata with pop, R&B, and urban influences, achieving crossover success in Latin and mainstream markets. His self-titled debut album earned multiple Latin Grammy nominations, and subsequent releases like "Soy el Mismo" and "Double Vision" solidified his status. He has collaborated with artists including Pitbull, Snoop Dogg, and Shakira, and received numerous awards including Billboard Latin Music Awards.
