Grupo Firme is a Mexican banda group formed in Tijuana, Baja California. The ensemble rose to prominence in the late 2010s with a modern take on traditional banda, norteño and sierreño styles. Fronted by vocalist Eduin Caz, the group blends brass-heavy arrangements with romantic corridos and party anthems. Their breakthrough came via viral social-media videos and hits such as “El Tóxico” and “Ya Supérame.” Grupo Firme has collaborated with artists including Maluma, Becky G and Grupo Frontera, and has headlined major U.S. stadium tours. They remain one of the most-streamed regional Mexican acts worldwide.
