Evinha is a Brazilian singer and songwriter born in Rio de Janeiro in 1951. She emerged in the late 1960s and early 1970s as part of the MPB (Música Popular Brasileira) scene, blending bossa nova, jazz, and traditional Brazilian rhythms.
