Bio
Peter Bjorn and John is a Swedish indie pop band formed in Stockholm in 1999. The trio consists of Peter Morén (vocals, guitar), Björn Yttling (bass, keyboards), and John Eriksson (drums, percussion). They are best known for their 2006 single "Young Folks," which gained international recognition for its whistling hook and guest vocals by Victoria Bergsman. The band has released several albums blending indie pop, rock, and electronic elements, maintaining a consistent presence in the Swedish and international indie scenes. Their music often features melodic hooks, layered instrumentation, and introspective lyrics.
