Paulo Braga is a Brazilian drummer and percussionist renowned for his contributions to bossa nova and Brazilian jazz. Active since the 1960s, he has collaborated with leading figures such as Sérgio Mendes, Antônio Carlos Jobim, and João Gilberto, bringing a distinctive rhythmic sensibility to both studio recordings and live performances. His work also extends into French and Latin jazz circles, where his precise yet fluid drumming style has been widely admired.
