Bio
Yutaka Sado is a Japanese conductor born in Kyoto in 1961. He studied at the Kyoto City University of Arts and later at the Vienna Academy of Music, where he worked with conductors such as Leonard Bernstein and Seiji Ozawa. Sado has served as principal conductor of the Hyogo Performing Arts Center Orchestra and the Siena Wind Orchestra, and he is noted for his work with both orchestral and wind-ensemble repertoire. He has appeared with major orchestras in Europe, North America, and Asia, and he maintains an active recording career.
