Cranio Randagio was an Italian rapper and songwriter born in Milan on December 21, 1994. He emerged in the Italian underground hip-hop scene during the mid-2010s, releasing independent projects that blended introspective lyricism with raw production. His career was cut short when he died in a car accident on December 29, 2016, at the age of 22.
