Ashley Monroe is an American country singer-songwriter born in Knoxville, Tennessee in 1986. She first gained attention as a teenager with her debut album "Satisfied" in 2009 and later became a founding member of the country supergroup Pistol Annies alongside Miranda Lambert and Angaleena Presley. Monroe has released several solo albums including "Like a Rose" (2013), "The Blade" (2015), and "Rosegold" (2021), earning critical acclaim for her songwriting and distinctive voice. She has also written songs for other artists and collaborated with musicians such as Blake Shelton and Train.
