Bio
KK is an Indian playback singer who rose to prominence in the 1990s with his distinctive voice and emotive delivery. Born in Delhi, he began his career singing jingles and later became a leading voice in Bollywood soundtracks, collaborating with composers such as A. R. Rahman, Pritam, and Vishal-Shekhar. His breakthrough came with hits like “Tadap Tadap” from Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and “Kya Mujhe Pyar Hai” from Woh Lamhe. KK’s style blends pop, rock, and contemporary Indian film music, and he released several successful solo albums including Pal and Humsafar. He performed widely across India and internationally until his sudden passing in 2022.
