Bio
The Beatles were an English rock band formed in Liverpool in 1960. The lineup of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr became the best-selling music act of all time. They led the 1960s British Invasion of the US, pioneered studio experimentation on albums such as Revolver, Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band and Abbey Road, and wrote dozens of enduring hits. Their influence spans rock, pop, psychedelia and beyond.
