Rival Consoles is the solo project of British electronic musician Ryan Lee West, born in Leicester in 1985. He is known for his atmospheric, melodic productions that blend ambient, IDM, and electronica elements, often incorporating piano and intricate rhythms. West began releasing music under the Rival Consoles name in the late 2000s, with early works appearing on labels such as Erased Tapes.
