Achille Lauro is an Italian rapper, singer and performer born Lauro De Marinis in Rome. He rose to prominence in the Italian hip-hop scene with a flamboyant, theatrical style that blends rap, pop and glam influences. After early releases on independent labels he achieved mainstream success with the 2019 single “Rolls Royce”, followed by the album “1969”. He represented San Marino at the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 with the song “Stripper”. His work often features bold fashion statements and collaborations with Italian pop and electronic artists.
