Bio
Isata Kanneh-Mason is a British classical pianist from Nottingham, England. She studied at the Royal Academy of Music in London and has performed with major orchestras including the London Symphony Orchestra and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. Known for her interpretations of Romantic repertoire, she has released recordings on the Decca label featuring works by Rachmaninoff, Clara Schumann, and Amy Beach. She is the eldest of the seven Kanneh-Mason siblings, all of whom are musicians, and frequently collaborates with her brother cellist Sheku Kanneh-Mason. Her performances have been broadcast on BBC Radio 3 and she has appeared at venues such as Wigmore Hall and the BBC Proms.
