Bio
Nate Ruess is an American singer-songwriter from Phoenix, Arizona. He first gained recognition as the frontman of indie pop band Fun., whose 2012 single "We Are Young" topped the Billboard Hot 100 and earned multiple Grammy Awards. After the band's hiatus, Ruess launched a solo career with the 2015 album Grand Romantic, featuring collaborations with Beck and Emile Haynie. His style blends piano-driven pop with soulful vocals and introspective lyrics. Ruess has also co-written songs for artists including Pink and has contributed to various film soundtracks.
