Bio
Corey Taylor is an American singer, songwriter, and musician best known as the lead vocalist of the heavy metal band Slipknot and the alternative metal band Stone Sour. Born in Des Moines, Iowa, in 1973, he rose to prominence in the late 1990s with Slipknot's aggressive sound and distinctive vocal style. Beyond his work with Slipknot and Stone Sour, Taylor has released solo material, authored books, and appeared as an actor and media personality. His vocal range and stage presence have made him one of the most recognizable figures in modern metal music.
