The Emotions are an American vocal group from Chicago, best known for their 1977 disco hit "Best of My Love." The trio, consisting of sisters Sheila, Wanda, and Jeanette Hutchinson, began singing gospel music in the 1960s before transitioning to secular R&B and soul. Their sound blends smooth harmonies with upbeat rhythms, reflecting both their church roots and the evolving musical landscape of the 1970s.
