Bio
Audioslave was an American rock supergroup formed in Los Angeles in 2001. The band consisted of vocalist Chris Cornell and instrumentalists Tom Morello, Tim Commerford, and Brad Wilk, all formerly of Rage Against the Machine except Cornell, who had fronted Soundgarden. Their self-titled debut album arrived in 2002, followed by Out of Exile in 2005 and Revelations in 2006. The group disbanded in 2007 after Cornell departed, and he died in 2017.
