Bio
Amy Lee is an American singer, songwriter, and pianist best known as the co-founder and frontwoman of the rock band Evanescence. Born in Riverside, California, she began writing music at a young age and formed Evanescence in 1995 with guitarist Ben Moody. The band achieved mainstream success with their 2003 debut album Fallen, which featured the hit single "Bring Me to Life." Beyond Evanescence, Lee has pursued solo projects, film scoring, and collaborations with artists across various genres. Her distinctive mezzo-soprano voice and classical piano training have been central to her artistic identity throughout her career.
