Gloria Martínez, known professionally as Goyo, is a Colombian singer, songwriter, and rapper from Chocó. She rose to prominence as a founding member of the Grammy-winning group ChocQuibTown, where her powerful voice and Afro-Colombian rhythms helped define the band’s fusion of hip-hop, salsa, and traditional Pacific-coast sounds. As a solo artist, Goyo explores modern Latin Afrobeats while continuing to celebrate her Chocoan heritage and advocate for Afro-Colombian visibility.
