Lauren Alaina

Lauren Alaina is an American country singer-songwriter from Rossville, Georgia. She rose to prominence as the runner-up on the tenth season of American Idol in 2011. Her debut album Wildflower (2011) reached the Billboard 200 top five and produced the top-10 country single "Like My Mother Does." Subsequent releases include Road Less Traveled (2017) and Sitting Pretty on Top of the World (2021). Alaina is known for her powerful vocals and blend of contemporary country with pop and rock influences. She has collaborated with artists such as Luke Bryan and Kane Brown and continues to release music through Mercury Nashville and Interscope Records.
