Jahron Anthony Brathwaite, known professionally as PARTYNEXTDOOR, is a Canadian singer, songwriter, and record producer from Mississauga, Ontario. He rose to prominence after signing with Drake’s OVO Sound label in 2013 and releasing his self-titled debut EP the same year. PARTYNEXTDOOR is known for his atmospheric R&B sound that blends trap, electronic, and alternative influences, often characterized by moody production and introspective lyrics. His 2014 debut album PARTYNEXTDOOR TWO and 2016’s PARTYNEXTDOOR 3 helped establish him as a leading figure in contemporary R&B. He has written and produced for artists including Rihanna, Drake, and Zayn, and his 2016 single “Come and See Me” featuring Drake became one of his biggest hits. PARTYNEXTDOOR continues to release music through OVO Sound and maintains a significant presence in both streaming and urban contemporary scenes.
