Kordhell

Kordhell is the phonk alias of UK-born producer Mick Kenney, who previously worked in metal and industrial music. He emerged in the early 2020s with dark, sample-heavy phonk tracks built around chopped-and-screwed 80s and 90s vocals, heavy 808s, and lo-fi textures. His breakout single “Murder In My Mind” went viral on TikTok and streaming platforms, establishing him as a key figure in the phonk and drift-phonk scenes. Kordhell has released projects such as the 2022 album “Psychopath” and numerous singles that blend phonk with trap and electronic elements. He maintains an active presence across Bandcamp, SoundCloud, and YouTube, where he shares both original productions and remixes.
