John Ryan

John Ryan is an American singer, songwriter and producer from California. He first gained recognition as a member of the pop-rock band Boyce Avenue before transitioning to a solo career and behind-the-scenes work. Ryan has co-written and produced multiple Billboard-charting singles for artists including One Direction, Maroon 5, and Shawn Mendes. His own releases blend pop, R&B and electronic elements with polished vocal production. Notable credits include co-writing “Thinking Out Loud” for Ed Sheeran and “Photograph” for Ed Sheeran, as well as his 2014 single “Fire N Gold.” He continues to split time between solo releases and high-profile songwriting sessions.
