Mark Ronson

Mark Ronson is a British DJ, songwriter, record producer and musician born in London and raised between the UK and New York. He first gained recognition in the early 2000s as a club DJ and producer blending hip-hop, funk and pop, later achieving mainstream success with his 2007 album Version and its hit cover of "Valerie" featuring Amy Winehouse. Ronson has produced and co-written for artists including Amy Winehouse, Adele, Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars and Dua Lipa; his 2014 single "Uptown Funk" with Mars became one of the best-selling singles of all time. He has won multiple Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year for Back to Black and Record of the Year for Uptown Funk. His sound fuses retro funk, soul and modern pop production with strong emphasis on live instrumentation and groove.
