Ryan Lewis

Ryan Lewis is an American DJ, record producer, and multi-instrumentalist from Spokane, Washington. He rose to prominence as one half of the hip hop duo Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, producing and co-writing the 2012 breakthrough album The Heist. The project yielded global hits including "Thrift Shop" and "Can't Hold Us," both of which topped the Billboard Hot 100. Lewis handles production, arrangement, and visual direction for the duo. His style blends hip hop, indie folk, and pop elements. He has also released solo production work and collaborated with artists such as Ray Dalton and Mary Lambert.
