j‐hope

j-hope is a South Korean rapper, singer, dancer and producer best known as a member of BTS. Born Jung Ho-seok in Gwangju in 1994, he joined the group in 2012 and quickly became recognized for his high-energy choreography and optimistic persona. His 2018 mixtape Hope World marked his first major solo project, followed by the 2022 album Jack in the Box and the 2024 release Hope on the Street Vol. 1. He has collaborated with artists including Crush, Supreme Boi and J. Cole, and is noted for blending hip-hop, pop and dance styles while maintaining a bright, motivational tone.
