Paul Cauthen

Paul Cauthen is an American singer-songwriter from East Texas known for his deep baritone voice and blend of outlaw country, soul, and rock. He began his career in the duo Sons of Fathers before launching a solo project that gained traction with the 2016 album My Gospel. Cauthen has released several albums on Lightning Rod Records and later Low Country Sound / Elektra, including Room 41 and the 2022 release Country Coming Down. His sound draws from classic country, gospel, and Southern rock influences, and he has toured extensively across the US and Europe. Notable collaborators include producers Shooter Jennings and Dave Cobb.
